The 2026 Rogue uses a 1.5-liter VC-Turbo three-cylinder engine across all five trims: S, SV, Dark Armor, Rock Creek, and Platinum. It makes 201 horsepower and 225 lb-ft of torque through an Xtronic CVT. There is no separate hybrid engine, no plug, and no second powertrain choice this model year.
Front-wheel drive is standard on S, SV, and Dark Armor, with Intelligent AWD available for about $1,400 more. Rock Creek and Platinum come with AWD standard. What changes trim to trim is drivetrain and feature content, not the engine under the hood.
Nissan Safety Shield 360, the brand's suite of automatic emergency braking, blind spot warning, and rear cross traffic alert, comes standard on every trim regardless of drivetrain or price point.

Nissan has confirmed an all-new, ground-up redesign of the Rogue built around its third-generation e-POWER series hybrid system. It is a different vehicle from the 2026 Rogue on this page, not a trim of it, and the two will be sold side by side once the hybrid arrives.
