To our valued Customers:
There is no higher priority to our entire Bill Korum’s Puyallup Nissan Family than the safety of our customers and employees. We are continually monitoring the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), government agencies, and internal teams to stay on top of this evolving situation. According to the most recent information from the CDC, for most people, the immediate risk of being exposed to the virus that causes COVID-19 is thought to be low.
At this time, our dealership is open for business during regular sales and service hours to meet the needs of our customers. If we become aware of any condition in any of our dealerships that would compromise the safety and health of our customers or employees, rest assured we will take necessary measures to address the issue.
We want you to feel confident when visiting our dealerships. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our customers’ and employees’ health and safety. Our housekeeping and sanitation efforts in our dealerships have been greatly expanded. We’re frequently disinfecting often touched surfaces and high traffic areas throughout the dealerships and inside our service areas. This includes wiping down and disinfecting cars on the showroom floor, disinfecting car interiors after they have been test driven, frequently disinfecting Customer waiting lounges, and asking that all service team members wash their hands frequently and use hand sanitizers between servicing each of our customer’s vehicles. We are asking our employees to follow the CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of the infection.
