The customer service was absolutely amazing. I expected a large bill for the services received but I feel like the labor fees were really high. My parts came out to just over 500 but the labor fees were over 800 dollars. I would never recommend these services to my friends who work normal entry level jobs, it’s just not affordable. I went to this dealership today, for my birthday, to test drive a used vehicle. Mark greeted us outside and took us right to the newer versions, told us the pros and cons of used vs new, let us test drive, and after a very easy process I drove off of the lot with a brand new 2020 Nissan Kicks! We did a ton of research online, looking for the exact 2020 Leaf we wanted and found it at Puyallup Nissan. We worked with Reginald "Boots" and did all of our negotiating from the comfort of our home. Then we drove down from Bellingham to pick it up. Easy-peasy. There are a ton of cars on their lot to choose from and everything was so great! Would highly recommend!

Kelly Adams was amazing!! Fit me in the first day because I had just bought my car from Larson (I know, I know) and a tire pressure sensor needed replaced. Larson said it would take them several days. So they called and Kelly said to come on over. Turns out I needed 2 tire sensors, and the AEB sensor and a recall fixed.
