I love the pull in service bay which protects customers from the weather. Complementary coffee, water and hot chocolate! Comfortable chairs in waiting area with TV. Family room for those with kids. Best of all, friendly staff.

I just happened to be in the showroom picking up floor mats and ran into Kelly from Service. I told him about a small recall on my new Pathfinder and he took it upon himself to have the part ordered, me called when it came in and the appointment booked asap. He is always so great to work with! He is prompt, helpful and friendly. Our Pathfinder is our second purchase with Nissan, but definitely not our last.

The employees there took the time to go over options with me. Denise in particular was very helpful, allowing me to drive a vehicle before making a decision, although there was a waiting list to buy. When the truck did arrive, I was only able to make it out there later in the evening. But she took the time to sit with me and set up my phone, and walk me through the different functions of the truck. I was so impressed with the customer service here - I'll definitely be coming back!

Had a good car buying experience. My salesperson (Roque Perez) was great and let me look at the car on my own and do a test drive while I was getting an oil change done on my 2016 Pathfinder. He told me about the updates to the 2022 model compared to my old Pathfinder. Then the dealer let me take the car on an extended test drive so I could show my wife the car at our house. Kyle was excellent in customer service. He told me the car would be ready at approx 9 am and it was so! I appreciated this. Kyle should be a lead in customer service, definitely. Kyle also recommended a 15,000 mi tune up and quoted the cost. I did not have time on that day but made a date for later in the month of August to get it done.

From the moment I drove up to the service bay, I was greeted in a timely manner, understandably you were very busy. Kyle was my service advisor and was cheerful and welcoming. He explained everything very clearly and also mentioned a couple recommendations for my car, which I did have done. The wait was a bit longer than average but Kyle was upfront about the possibility of that.
