Rest assured – we’re here for you. Nissan and NMAC Customer Service may offer 60-day payment extensions allowing retail and lease customers to defer their NMAC payment(s) based on each customer’s current situation. If you are affected by the coronavirus and need to discuss payment arrangements, or require assistance regarding your NMAC account, call 1-800-456-6622 Monday-Friday 7am-7pm CST and Saturday 9am-2pm CST.

Locally, our service department is open for maintenance of your current vehicle or for replacement vehicles. Remember that many Nissan vehicles purchased at Puyallup Nissan were provided with pre-paid maintenance. We encourage you to use this free service for any maintenance you need. The service department remains open for any type of service on any vehicle at this time. For those with immediate needs, due to new drivers in the family, lease-end, auto replacement, etc., we will cater to your needs. We’re providing White Glove Delivery and Pick-Up for those who do not wish to come to our dealership for service or a vehicle for needed transportation.
