The sales guy, Roque Perez, was on point. He was rather knowledgable and was willing to work with me to get the deal done. He presented me with vehicles based on how much I wanted to pay, and cross referenced those with the features I wanted. He found the Altima and let me go on a wild ride of discovery. 10 out of 10 for him. While I waited for the finance guy, I noticed they offered free beverages and snacks. They also offered free Wifi, and had a great TV/sound system to keep people happy as they waited. The only gripe I have is that the quoted price changed between me agreeing to what Roque gave me, and what the Finance guy told me. Maybe. that's normal, but I don't remember having it happen when I bought my last car. That said, it wasn't something bad enough to make a big stink about. In the end, I got a good deal, and I got the car I wanted. These guys are worth their time.

This was the first stop of many dealerships. We knew the whole time we’d come back this this one, mostly be cause of our salesman Roque aka ”Rocky.” He was a great help with finding my a car for my wife since we only had a few requirements for a car. He found us a good selection of cars that were in our desired price range and met all our requirements. He made the process so easy and painless, wasn’t pushy at all very personal and a good guy. I would definitely recommend going to Roque aka “Rocky.” At puyallup Nissan!!

I live in Woodinville and found that making the trip to Puyallup was well worth the time and effort. I was able to call and make the deal on the phone for the used 2016 Frontier that I wanted, including getting a ballpark figure for my trade in. Drove down there and was happy to find everything exactly like we worked out, no upsell, the truck was freshly washed and ready for my test drive, and they really went out of their way to make the experience super easy. One month after the purchase and everything has worked out beautifully. Jimmy Shinyeda was the person who helped guide me through the process. Need a lawyer, Better Call Saul, need a used car, Gimme Jimmy.

You couldn't ask for a better team in the service department. Justin, the Service Manager is a top notch guy. Based on their professionalism, attention to detail, and caring for customer's vehicles set them apart from most of the Nissan dealerships in the PNW. This is why a lot of our GT-R club members drive hours out of their way to get their cars serviced here. Aaron the GT-R specialist and Kelly the service provider both need a pay raise ?

LEAF stopped charging while I was trying to finish a 15 hour work day. To say I was frustrated was an understatement. I decided to get towed to Puyallup (despite being only 2 blocks from another dealership) because Aaron McAfee is THE go to LEAF tech in the region. Aaron is also active in public forums with questions about the LEAF. Very much a treasured resource! Since he had serviced my LEAFs before, I PM'd him and he was able to instantly diagnosis the issue and was spot on in predicting when the car would be fixed. Can't get any better than that!
